You should probaly do less shrooms and delve deeper into the science of language.
'creating' a new language isn't really usefull. Math is a kind of language, early scriptures are another. Other things you could do is create a cyphertext by translating the most common words into glyphs. This way, anyone with the rosetta stone could actually learn it without difficulty.
