What country are you actually from? I’m from a country that isn't particularly developed either, but earning just one dollar a month... that sounds completely unreal.
Well, congratulations on getting out of rehab. Since you're from a developing country, aren't there jobs for manual laborers there? You could start small and work your way up over time, maybe juggling other things on the side, until you land a decent job. Why aren't you working in the field you studied at university? And how are you living - or rather, surviving - right now? Developing countries don't exactly offer many opportunities or social safety nets in that regard, plus, it can be pretty dangerous - you know how it is.
I don't know exactly how the system works in your country, but there are plenty of options. It’s tough, of course, given your current grim situation and the fact that you probably have very little energy left. Are your documents in order? In my country, people in similar situations - assuming their paperwork is in order (though even that can often be sorted out) - usually take whatever work they can find: construction, repairs, odd jobs online, retail, delivery gigs, or whatever else helps them get back on their feet. They save money. At the same time, they work on their education and skills so they can eventually pursue a proper career. And, essentially, they try to move on to the next stage. This is probably obvious, and you likely know all this already. What else can I say?
I don't know - your situation isn't clear enough for me to give any really practical advice. Well, I can say that you should have at least a couple of friends - or even just one, thank God - someone you can talk to. Maybe you already do. It really helps your mental state as you try to get back to a baseline.
All in all, you aren't actually totally screwed. You're just starting to get back on your feet, little by little.
