OP might never get it from "ASMR channels" at all. I can get it from a lot of different things but those channels just always make me uncomfortable. I've gotten it while playing a game and listening to a character speak though, or with music, or sometimes even while reading. It doesn't always have to be in a quiet or calm manner either, I've gotten it while hearing someone scream before. It also happened once when my cat was tapping its paw on me while I was half asleep, kind of like how it happens with haircuts for some people lol.

As the OP of this thread, probably the first to put Aftyn on a chan, I have to say my early dismissal of her was 100% wrong. Her video making skills have blossomed along with her ample bosom.
