I used to have a house full of crazy niggers across the street, fat nigress over there was constantly pregnant pumping out welfare kids by different daddies.

One night at the liquor store a nigger hits me up for gas money and I see that same nigger 10 minutes later going into that house with beer he'd bought with my money.

Anyways it's not a rental house anymore, the property values went up so the owners sold it to a nice white family. Who I worry about getting HPV or aids just from living in that house. It took the owner almost a year to get all the trash, stolen furniture that was piled into the garage, they had rip out all the carpet, and I guess repaint the entire place.

It's quiet now. And the street is nice and clean.

As an American, how do you avoid them? I notice a lot of people live in HOA neighborhoods. While this does have drawbacks, it seems the requirements are too much for 95% of diverse peoples to meet. HOA sounds gay as fuck, but is it the only legal way to keep groids mostly out of a neighborhood? The other obvious option is a ranch or live somewhere without ANY public services at all. But that's not feasible for most.
