The committee chair of House Oversite and Reform, Carolyn Maloney, Is questioning the Postmaster, Louis DeJoy

isn't she the woman who they could not decide her election?

IT IS!!!

Her Primary took 6 weeks to call. and she is questioning the Post Office and Mail In Ballots.

https://www.rollcall.com/2020/08/04/carolyn-maloney-prevails-in-primary-after-weeks-of-vote-counting/

New York City Board of Elections spokeswoman Valerie Vazquez confirmed Tuesday night that the board certified Maloney as the primary winner. The board also certified that New York City Councilmember Ritchie Torres won the Democratic primary in the open 15th District.

Maloney led Suraj Patel, a former hotel executive and ex-campaign aide for President Barack Obama, by 3,700 votes when the results were certified on Tuesday, according to Maloney's campaign.

"This has been a historic election, with historic turnout and participation — and a historic wait time for results," Maloney said in a statement. "We’ve learned many lessons for November, and must take a number of actions to protect the safety of our vote in the general election.”

Maloney was one of several Democratic incumbents in New York City facing challenges from their own party. Patel also ran unsuccessfully against Maloney in 2018, but she defeated him by more than 8,600 votes.

RECVD TWO WEEKS AFTER SHOULD BE COUNTED

The primary has been mired in a legal fight over invalid absentee ballots, which had to be delivered to election officials by June 30. Patel filed a lawsuit to count ballots that arrived by the deadline but were not properly postmarked. According to the Washington Post, the U.S. Postal Service may not have postmarked the pre-paid ballot return envelopes that were used due to Democratic Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's executive order in response to the pandemic. New Yorkers typically have to provide their own postage, which is postmarked.

On Monday, a federal judge ruled that some absentee ballots without postmarks but received two days after the primary should be counted, according to CNN. Those additional ballots were not included in the results certified Tuesday, Vazquez confirmed.

The weeks of vote counting does provide a warning for the general election in November, which could also see a surge in absentee voting as the novel coronavirus continues to spread.

Warner Investigating Allegations of Abusive Behavior by ‘Justice League’ Director Joss Whedon

WarnerMedia has launched an investigation into allegations by actors that Justice League director Joss Whedon fostered an abusive work environment, according to IndieWire.

The investigation comes on the heels of last month’s allegations by Ray Fisher — the actor who portrayed Cyborg in the 2017 film — that Whedon’s behavior on the set was “completely unacceptable.” “Joss Wheadon’s on-set treatment of the cast and crew of Justice League was gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. He was enabled, in many ways, by Geoff Johns and Jon Berg. Accountability>Entertainment,” Fisher said on social media in July. Fisher followed with another post on the subject on August 12. “During the LA reshoots for Justice League, Geoff Johns summoned me to his office to belittle and admonish my (and my agent’s) attempts to take grievances up the proper chain of command,” he tweeted. “He then made a thinly veiled threat to my career,” Fisher said, adding, “This behavior cannot continue.”

IndieWire reported WarnerMedia has not said exactly how far it has gotten in the investigation but did note no one is being pre-judged. The company also noted they aren’t limiting the investigation into just Whedon and producer Jon Berg. Whedon has also been the target of accusations from his ex-wife that he abused her during their marriage. Whedon, who has called hiPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Night Rescue of Marin County Firefighters

Sonoma Sheriff

8-22-20 6:00 AM – While you were sleeping …

Night Long Line Firefighter Rescue **Warning Graphic Language

Tonight, at approximately 8:15 PM, the Marin County Fire Department (MCFD) requested the Sonoma Sheriff’s Helicopter “Henry-1” respond to the area of the Woodward Fire, which is burning in an area of the Point Reyes National Seashore, southwest of Olema. MCFD requested an immediate rescue of two firefighters who had become trapped by fire on a ridgeline and unable to make it out of the path of the advancing fire.

Henry 1 is the only helicopter in the region capable of conducting a vertical reference long line rescue at night. When our Fire counterparts call for help, Henry 1 comes flying.

Once on scene, Henry 1 located the two Firefighters, who were trapped approximately 75 yards from the advancing fire.

To complicate the situation further, the fire was creating strong, gusting winds that intensified as Henry 1 flew closer to the head of the fire.

Henry 1 landed approximately a mile from the Firefighter’s location and the Tactical Flight Officer (TFO) configured the helicopter for long line rescue with a 100 foot long line. The TFO subsequently attached himself to the long line and was flown to the location of the firefighters.

Upon arriving at the Firefighter’s location, the TFO placed a Bauman Bag rescue device on one of the firefighters and a Horse Collar rescue device on the other. Having a variety of different pieces of equipment on board at all times enables Henry 1 to quickly adapt to dynamic and dangerous situations. In this instance, Henry 1 was able to lift three people, the TFO and both FirefighPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Kamala Wants Foreign Workers For Silicon Valley

Votes for higher immigration levels, which Harris has cast more than 50 times in her relatively brief Senate career, mean that more employment-authorized workers will be available to employers. Because many of those new and pliable workers will accept lower wages, Americans risk, at best, stagnant wages or, at worst, displacement, terrible outcomes for those who Harris claims to defend.

School assignment shows police as slave owners, KKK, drawing outrage

A Texas school district is facing fire today after a junior high school teacher distributed an assignment that included a depiction of police as slave owners and members of the Ku Klux Klan.

The unauthorized assignment, apparently a lesson on political satire, showed a five-panel cartoon that started with a slave ship officer with a knee on a black man’s neck and ended with a modern-day police officer also with a knee on a prisoner’s neck.

The political cartoon included the victims saying the words, “I can’t breathe.”

🚨 @JoeGamaldi blasted @WylieISD Superintendent for pushing disturbing material: “I cannot begin to tell you how abhorrent & disturbing this comparison is, but what is more disturbing is that no adult within your school thought better before sending this assignment to children.” pic.twitter.com/zEZC0yPVW8

— National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) (@GLFOP) August 20, 2020

The Fraternal Order of Police, the nation’s largest police organization, ripped the lesson and won an apology from David Vinson, the superintendent of the Wylie Independent School District, northeast of Dallas.

Gamaldi, a Houston police officer, wrote: "Schools are supposed to be a place where the youth of America are taught acceptance and understanding, it is where we mold the future of our country, not indoctrinate them in the ways of division."

In a note to Gamaldi, Vinson said, "I have directed my staff to review this and reconsider tPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Longtime Democrat Leo Terrell Announces He Is Supporting President Trump For 2020

If you watch the Sean Hannity show on FOX News, you know Leo Terrell. He is a frequent guest contributor and is usually rooting for the Democrats.

Now Leo has had a change of heart. He is supporting Trump’s reelection.

He wrote recently at FOX News:

The Democratic Party left me this year — here’s what I am going to do now

Fox News viewers have long known me as an ardent Democrat, ready to fight for the ‘other’ side. However, in the past eight months, this has changed. It has changed so drastically that I’m jokingly referred to as “Leo 2.0.” It is a change so complete that I am campaigning and preparing to vote Republican in this election — for the first time ever.

As the Democratic Party gets ready to hold its national convention, I’d like to explain why I’ve left the Democratic party and will proudly cast my vote for President Donald Trump.

First let me say, I did not leave the Democrats, they left me. The party of the Civil Rights movement, the party of JFK and “Ask not what your country can do for you” has abandoned all its principles and handed the reins over to extremists.

This is how his column concludes:

My vote depends upon one thing: who will fight for every American in this country? It’s the candidate who will fight for law and order, and fight for equality of educational opportunities. My vote has been earned by a Republican, and that is our current President, Donald J. Trump.

SCOTUS Ruling Forces Soros Groups to Make Anti-Prostitution Pledge to Get U.S. AIDS Funding

In a blow to George Soros’ leftwing initiatives, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that foreign affiliates of his Open Society Foundations (OSF) are not protected by the Constitution and therefore must abide by a congressionally mandated anti-prostitution pledge to receive federal funding. Under a 2003 law called United States Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Act the U.S. spends tens of billions of dollars to combat AIDS globally and a chunk of the cash flows into OSF coffers. Under the measure organizations that receive American taxpayer dollars to fight HIV/AIDS abroad must adopt policies opposing sex trafficking and prostitution. Leftist groups legally challenged the rule years ago, claiming that it violated their First Amendment right to free speech. In 2013 the Supreme Court agreed, ruling that the policy requirement infringed on the American groups’ constitutionally protected freedom of speech.

The decision only applies to American organizations however, so an OSF affiliate called Alliance for Open Society International, which is handsomely funded by Uncle Sam, has engaged in litigation for more than a decade and a half to obtain the same exemption. The Soros group sued for permanent injunctive relief and a New York District Court ruled in its favor before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed. In a 5-3 ruling, the Supreme Court recently reversed the appellate court decision, determining that foreign affiliates of U.S.-based groups that get federal dollars to combat HIV/AIDS abroad are not protected under the Constitution. “In short, plaintiffs’ foreign affiliates are foreign organizations, and foreign organizations operating abroad have no Post too long. Between a Rock and a Hard Place: Can Physicians Prescribe Opioids to Treat Pain Adequately While Avoiding Legal Sanction?

Abstract

Prescription opioids are an important tool for physicians in treating pain but also carry significant risks of harm when prescribed inappropriately or misused by patients or others. Recent increases in opioid related morbidity and mortality has reignited scrutiny of prescribing practices by law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and state medical boards. At the same time, the predominant 4D model of misprescribers is outdated and insufficient; it groups physician misprescribers as dated, duped, disabled, or dishonest. The weaknesses and inaccuracies of the 4D model are explored, along with the serious consequences of its application. This article calls for development of an evidence base in this area and suggests an alternate model of misprescribers, the 3C model, which more accurately characterizes misprescribers as careless, corrupt, or compromised by impairment.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — FBI agents on Monday arrested Puerto Rico Rep. María Milagros Charbonier and three other people, a spokesman for the pro-statehood New Progressive Party said.

Raúl Colón, a spokesman for the president of Puerto Rico’s House of Representatives, told The Associated Press that an adviser for Charbonier notified the president of the arrest. No further details were immediately available.

FBI spokeswoman Limary Cruz told the AP that four people were arrested but said she could not immediately release more details. The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced an upcoming press conference about a public corruption case.

Charbonier recently said the FBI interviewed her and had seized her phone.

She is one of Puerto Rico’s most conservative and religious legislators. She has served as representative since her election in 2012 but just lost in Sunday’s primaries. Charbonier also previously served as secretary general for the New Progressive Party.

The former head of Boston’s police union was reportedly arrested Wednesday in connection to child rape allegations.

Patrick Rose, the one-time president of the Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association and retired cop, has been charged with multiple counts of indecent assault on a child under 14, a law enforcement source told the Boston Globe.

Rose’s charges pertain to accusations that he raped a minor, according to a local ABC affiliate, WCVB.

“I am deeply disturbed by these horrific allegations, which must be investigated to the fullest extent of the law,” Boston Mayor Marty Walsh said in a statement to WCVB.

Rose joined the Boston Police Department in 1994 and was elected union president in 2016, the station reported. He retired from the force in 2018.

The former union leader is expected to be arraigned Thursday.

Georgia Voters Lose Fight for Free Stamps on Absentee Ballots

August 11, 2020

ATLANTA (CN) — A federal judge on Tuesday denied a voting rights group’s request for an order barring Georgia election officials from requiring voters to pay for their own postage to submit absentee ballots and ballot applications.

In a class action filed in April against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and DeKalb County election officials, the nonprofit Black Voters Matter and two Peach State voters claimed that requiring voters to pay for postage to submit their absentee applications and ballots is tantamount to a poll tax outlawed by the 24th Amendment and also violates the First and 14th Amendments.

The plaintiffs claimed that the state not providing free postage for mail-in voting places an “unconstitutional burden” on the right to vote during a time when voting by mail is the only option for many who wish to cast ballots during the Covid-19 pandemic.

During a virtual hearing in April, the plaintiffs urged the court to require election officials to provide voters with prepaid, returnable envelopes for mail-in ballots and applications.

On April 30, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg in Atlanta denied the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction seeking new absentee ballot envelopes with free postage for Georgia’s June 9 primary election and later issued a similar denial as to the Aug. 11 runoff election.

Although Totenberg admitted that Tuesday’s ruling is “by no means the final word on Georgia’s absentee balloting procedures, election procedures or Georgia’s response in the electoral sphere to the challenges posed by the pandemic,” she found that no constitutional violation has takenPost too long. Massachusetts Police Chief “Thoroughly Investigating, Hurtful” Vandalism To BLM Signage

Arlington, Mass — Police Chief Julie Flaherty reports that the Arlington Police Department responded to, and are actively investigating, four incidents of malicious vandalism across Arlington aimed at Black Lives Matter signage.

All four incidents were reported the morning of Monday August 10th and originated at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist of Arlington, Cavalry Church, and at two private residences in East Arlington. At the First Parish UU, the Black Lives Matter banner was altered to read ALL Lives Matter. At the Cavalry Church two ”Black Lives Matter” signs and one mural were destroyed. At one private residence a KKK sticker was affixed to a ”Black Lives Matter” lawn sign and at another the same KKK sticker was stuck to a ”Hate Has no Home Here” lawn sign. In both cases the sticker depicts a Klansman wearing a white robe and mask on a horse with a torch.

“We are thoroughly investigating these incidents,” said Chief Flaherty. “The hurtful messages far outweigh the physical damage done and underscore the work that needs to be done to make Arlington a truly supportive and welcoming town.”

While these incidents took place in the last couple days, over the course of the last few weeks a number of Black Lives Matter signs have been stolen, egged, and vandalized, including the banner at the High School.

“The Arlington Human Rights Commission is appalled at this pattern of racist destruction, defacement, and vandalism,” said Sharon Grossman and Kristen Bauer, Arlington Human Rights Commission Co-Chairs. “The Commission has formed a working group to explore responses and ways to support the community.”

Pentagon Gives Up Huge Slice Of Spectrum For 5G

An unprecedentedly quick 15-week review identified 100 mHZ of spectrum, now heavily used by military radars, that will be auctioned off in December 2021.

WASHINGTON: After a remarkably fast interagency review, the White House today announced a massive transfer of electromagnetic spectrum from military use to commercial 5G. It will be the “fastest transfer of federal spectrum to commercial use in history,” US Chief Technology Officer Michael Kratsios told reporters proudly this afternoon. But, Kratsios and Pentagon CIO Dana Deasy assured reporters ahead of the announcement, the rush won’t compromise military readiness or operations.

The 100 megahertz of spectrum runs from 3450 MHz to 3550, so-called mid-band frequencies prized by 5G developers because they allow longer-ranged transmissions than the millimeter-wave spectrum that makes up most of what’s been available in the US so far. Kratsios and other officials told reporters shortly before this afternoon’s announcement that the move would dramatically expand 5G access for all Americans – fulling a congressional mandate in the 2018 MOBILE NOW Act – and strengthen potential competitors to Chinese giant Huawei in the global market.

Currently, Deasy said, “the 3450-3550 mHZ band supports critical DoD radar operations, including high-powered defense radar systems on fixed, mobile, shipboard, and airborne platforms, [including] air defense, missile and gun fire control, counter mortar, bomb scoring [during training exercises], battlefield weapon locations, air traffic control, and range safety.”

That’s a wide range of military functions, many with life-or-death significance for either training safety or outright combat. Deasy and other officials didn’tPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Whistleblower Exposes "The Spies Who Hijacked America"

Sun, 08/09/2020 - 19:20

Global scandals now labeled Russiagate, Spygate, and what President Trump calls “Obamagate” shook the political world, but hit me closer to home.

I’m the reason the so-called FBI “spy” at the center of Spygate, Stefan Halper, met Carter Page, the alleged “Russian Asset” in Russiagate’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

On May 19, 2018, this realization blindsided me in London as I was about to fly out for my wedding. The New York Times, NBC News and other sources had outed my PhD supervisor, Stefan Halper, as a spy known to the UK’s MI6 intelligence service as “The Walrus.”

It didn’t seem real. Could a former professor I once trusted as a mentor have betrayed his word, profession, and country to start these disasters? I had moved to England to pursue an academic career and leave DC’s politics behind, only to have my PhD supervisor throw me back into the most outrageous political firestorms I could imagine. Just my luck. Then an even worse question began nagging at me. Did I unintentionally light the match that started it all?

As I started to piece together what happened over the next few months, I realized something. The stories that The New York Times, Washington Post, and others were pushing didn’t add up. Many seemed planted to cover up or advance the agendas of several individuals whose tentacles secretly ran through these scandals, and who each had longstanding ties to intelligence services like the FBI, CIA, and MI6. I call these individuals the Cambridge Four.

Strangely, all four were linked through that sleepy British academic town thousands of miles from the alleged “ground zeroes” of Russiagate’s conspPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

The Latest: Ship Owner 1st to Sue Over Beirut Port Explosion

Lebanon’s state-run National News agency says a Lebanese businessman whose cruise ship was destroyed and in the Beirut port explosion has filed a lawsuit against those who will be found responsible for this week’s blast.

Orient Queen owner Merhi Abou Merhi on Friday became the first person to sue over the Tuesday explosion that killed at least 154 people, wounded more than 5,000 and damaged wide parts of the Lebanese capital.

Two Orient Queen employees, a Syrian and an Ethiopian, were killed and seven others were wounded in the blast.

Karen Bass, finalist for Biden VP, eulogized Communist Party USA leader as "friend and mentor" in 2017

Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA), who is allegedly on Joe Biden's shortlist of potential presidential running mates, eulogized a top leader of the Communist Party USA as a "friend and mentor" in 2017, Politico reported. Bass praised Oneil Marion Cannon for becoming the "union printer to the left" in Los Angeles by "producing leaflets, journals, and brochures for community groups, activists, and churches." She also lauded Cannon for co-founding a community hub that pursued "interracial and intercultural understanding" and said Cannon even once "belonged to the Independent Progressive Party."

"Oneil was instrumental in supporting my own work as a community organizer early in my life, and without his help my life would have taken a very different path," Bass' transcript reads. "I would like to salute Oneil Cannon for his longstanding commitment to serving and uplifting others, and for a century of fighting to make the world a better place." Omitted from the eulogy, however, was any mention of Cannon's association with the Communist Party USA. A spokesman for Bass downplayed her relationship with Cannon, and during a Monday interview with NBC, Bass stated, "I am not a communist."

Pentagon chief says Beirut blast likely an ACCIDENT, as Trump doubles down on possible ATTACK claims

US Defense Secretary Mark Esper said the mammoth explosion that rocked Beirut was likely an accident, pouring cold water on a theory floated by the president, who claimed the Pentagon assessed that a “bomb” had set off the blast.

“[We’re] still getting information on what happened,” Esper told the Aspen Security Conference on Wednesday, but added “most believe it was an accident as reported, and beyond that I have nothing further to report on that. It’s obviously a tragedy.”

Hours after the massive explosion tore through a port in the Lebanese capital on Tuesday, killing at least 135 people and wounding more than 4,000, US President Donald Trump told reporters that he had met with “some of our great generals,” saying they felt the blast was “an attack, it was a bomb of some kind.”

Trump declined to elaborate on that assessment, and cited no evidence, but on Wednesday doubled down on his doubts.

How can you say accident? Somebody left some terrible explosive type devices and things around... perhaps it was that. Perhaps it was an attack.

“I don't think anybody can say right now. We're looking into it very strongly. Right now, you have some people think it was an attack and some people that think it wasn't. In any event, it was a terrible event,” Trump told a press conference.

Despite widespread speculation and rumors about a potential attack, which were only fueled by the president’s remarks, Lebanese authorities have brushed aside any suggestion of foul play and maintain the blast was accidental, resulting from the improper storage of some 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate at a port warehouse. Want to correlate date/time of Sicily radiation spike reported in LB with date/time of Beirut explosion.

>>>/qresearch/10194263 lb

Let's try to correlate the date/time.

1. According to USGS EQ website

https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/us6000b9bx/executive

'''the Beirut Explosion happened

on 2020-August-04 at 15:08:18 UTC'''

2. radmon.org uses what time zone to graph its data?

Searched the web.

Searched radmon.org/blog

searched radmon.org/news

They do not state anywhere what time zone their data is normalized to.

The date appears to be 04-08-2020

which is August 4, 2020

The time of the intial spike appears to be

around 13:45 in some time zone.

Can anybody help obtain the data we need to see if this crowd-sourced reported radiation spike (continuing at about 10x background level or more) correlates with the Beirut Explosion?

It would also be nice to know what kind of radiation they are measuring - gamma would arrive very quickly, alpha and beta would arrive later because they are particles.

Singapore to tag visitors with electronic monitoring devices to ensure Covid-19 quarantine compliance

New arrivals to Singapore won’t necessarily have to quarantine at a government facility during the pandemic - some, including residents, will receive an electronic monitoring device that will alert authorities if they leave home.

Singapore announced on Monday it will track incoming travelers coming from a select group of countries - including residents and citizens - with electronic monitoring devices, starting August 11.

Authorities framed the trackers as a positive for travelers, noting they would allow recipients to self-isolate at home instead of quarantining in a government facility. New arrivals will be ordered to activate the devices upon reaching home, at which point they are programmed to alert the authorities should the user try to leave or tamper with the device.

It’s not clear what kind of device the city-state plans to use, though the announcement hints at something quite a bit beefier than the slimline electronic wristbands Hong Kong deployed in March and South Korea has also adopted. Authorities hinted that recipients are supposed to receive and acknowledge notifications on the device itself, rather than on a smartphone app linked to the device as is the case in Seoul.

However, the city-state has sought to reassure recipients that the device will not store personal data and does not have the ability to record or store audio or video.

Singapore was one of the first places to adopt tech-enhanced contact-tracing to manage its Covid-19 outbreak, developing a Bluetooth-powered app called TraceTogether which - despite initial fanfare - reportedly failed to attract more than 25 pePost too long. Click here to view the full text.

(Why would James Murdoch want to put so much money into a failing art fair, Art Basel?)

Media Scion James Murdoch Now Owns a Controlling Stake in MCH Group, Art Basel’s Struggling Parent Company

The decision comes days after the younger Murdoch resigned from News Corp due to "disagreements over editorial content."

Shareholders of Art Basel’s parent company, MCH Group, have agreed to a package of stabilizing measures put forward by its board of directors earlier this month. All of its proposals, including a much-discussed cash infusion from media scion James Murdoch, passed in an Extraordinary General Meeting this morning, August 3, and MCH can now begin to implement them.

The proposed measures for financial recovery include steps to restructure its debt, but the main focus was an enormous suggested infusion of CHF 74.5 million (about $80 million) from James Murdoch, the younger son of News Corp founder Rupert Murdoch.

The proposal, which would make Murdoch the Swiss company’s new “anchor shareholder” had courted controversy because of his association with his father’s rightwing mass media corporation, and many thought that could be enough to sink the deal. But more than 70 percent of the company’s shareholders who voted—a total of 848 shareholders representing some 91.2 percent of the nominal share value—took a favorable position towards the proposals this morning.

Communism Secured: Musk Calls Chinese "Smart, Hard-Working", Says Americans Are "Entitled, Complacent"

August 1, 2020

Elon Musk's distaste for the U.S. is starting to become palpable - and U.S. citizens should not take to it kindly.

The Tesla CEO - who has made himself billions off the back of U.S. government subsidies and the U.S. taxpayer - took to the "Daily Drive" podcast on Friday to make it clear exactly what country his allegiances lie with.

On the podcast, reported by CNBC, he called the people of China “smart” and “hard working” while at the same time calling U.S. citizens "entitled" and "complacent". He specifically called out both New York and California, states whose taxpayers have literally funded Tesla's business with massive tax breaks amounting to billions.

When asked about China as an EV strategy leader worldwide, Musk responded: “China rocks in my opinion. The energy in China is great. People there – there’s like a lot of smart, hard working people. And they’re really – they’re not entitled, they’re not complacent, whereas I see in the United States increasingly much more complacency and entitlement especially in places like the Bay Area, and L.A. and New York.”

Very good article on China's war plan against the United States and the west in general:

Highlighted statements:

"The People’s Republic of China (PRC) is at war with the world. Chief among the PRC’s weapons in its fight against the United States and many of its allies and partner nations are complex, unrelenting political warfare campaigns, often waged with difficult-to-recognize strategies, tactics, techniques, and procedures. This article will underscore the terms and definitions needed to understand PRC political warfare and offer a historical overview of the PRC’s development of its political warfare capabilities. A solid understanding of both subjects will help American institutions and citizens alike strengthen their ability to identify, deter, counter, and defeat the PRC political warfare threat."

"Weapons in the PRC’s political warfare arsenal of influence include actions such as co-opting institutions, organizations, and people through so-called “united fronts”; the use of law to undermine countries and institutions; and psychological operations. They also incorporate propaganda, diplomatic coercion, disinformation such as rumors and fake news, overt and covert media manipulation, active measures, hybrid warfare, espionage, and such soft power functions as public diplomacy, public affairs, public relations, and cultural affairs activities. Below is a brief overview of the primary PRC political warfare concepts and tools."

Barr: "No. But...there were no illegal aliens back th..."

Escobar: "I AM RECLAIMING MY TIME I AM RECLAIMING MY TIME!"

HAHAHAHAHAHA

It is OBVIOUS that all these Democrats were told by their handlers that if the AG is ever saying anything they don't want the world to hear FROM THE AG HIMSELF, that they will just yell repeatedly "I am reclaiming my time! I reclaiming my time!"

What was Escobar getting at? That because the constitution does not explicitly say that the only votes that count should be from citizens of the country, that what, all of a sudden non-citizens should be able to vote in a country they are not even citizens of, no matter if human traffickers flood the country with hundreds of thousands or even millions of illegals?

Is she hoping for Texas to go back to Mexican ownership?

THESE DEMOCRATS ARE A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER TO THE SAFETY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Barr Opening Statement

William Barr: (00:00)

Good morning, Mr. Chairman, Ranking Member Jordan. I’m pleased to be here this morning.

William Barr: (00:07)

On behalf of the Department of Justice, I want to pay my respects to your colleague, Congressman John Lewis, an indomitable champion of civil rights and the rule of law. I think it is especially important to remember today that he pursued his cause passionately and successfully with unwavering commitment to non-violence.

William Barr: (00:29)

As I said in my confirmation hearing, the Attorney General has a unique obligation. He holds in trust the fair and impartial administration of justice. He must ensure that there is one standard of justice that applies to everyone equally and that criminal cases are handled evenhandedly based on the law and the facts and without regard to political or personal considerations.

William Barr: (00:55)

I can tell you that I’ve handled criminal matters that have come to me for a decision in this way. The President has not attempted to interfere in these decisions. On the contrary, he has told me from the start that he expects me to exercise my independent judgment to make whatever call I think is right. That is precisely what I’ve done.

William Barr: (01:16)

Indeed, it’s precisely because I feel complete freedom to do what I think is right that induced me to serve once again as Attorney General. As you just said, Mr. Chairman, I served as Attorney General under President George H. W. Bush; and after that, I spent many years in the corporate world. I’m almost 70 years old. I was almost 70 years old and slipping happily into retirement. I had nothing to prove, and I had no desire to return to government. I had no prior relationship with President Trump.
