WASHINGTON (CN) — A federal judge Tuesday night ordered the Trump administration to cease its campaign of arresting immigrants in Washington, D.C. without a warrant or probable cause of a flight risk, warning that the White House’s mistreatment of immigrants could put Americans overseas at risk.

U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell ruled that, while federal agents may have the authority to make warrantless immigration arrests, the way that authority has been used on the immigrant community in Washington was likely unlawful.

“Defendants are preliminarily enjoined from enforcing their policy of conducting warrantless civil immigration arrests without probable cause to believe that the arrestee is likely to escape before an administrative warrant can be obtained,” Howell wrote in the 88-page opinion.

She further certified a class, which she referred to as the “Unassisted Escape Risk Class,” that includes all individuals who, since President Donald Trump’s Aug. 11 “crime emergency,” have been or will be arrested without a warrant and without a pre-arrest, individualized assessment of probable cause.

On Aug. 11, Trump invoked Section 740 of the Home Rule Act — a 1973 federal statute granting local control of the District of Columbia to a city government — to effectively federalize the Metropolitan Police Department by declaring a “crime emergency.”

Under the emergency, Trump activated the D.C. National Guard throughout the city, leading several Republican governors to deploy their own National Guard troops. Federal agents began patrolling the streets with MPD officers, as the troops are not generally authorized to make arrests despite being the face of the crackdown.

According to recently reported numbers, more than 3,500 people have been arrested by federal agents following Trump’s declaration, with more than 40%, or 1,400, being immigration related.

Howell, a Barack Obama appointee, slammed Trump’s characterization of all immigrants who entered the U.S. without permission as “illegal alien criminals,” as a clear misunderstanding of immigration law.

“First, ‘as a general rule, it is not a crime for a removable alien to remain present in the United States,’” Howell wrote, citing the Supreme Court’s decision in Arizona v. United States. “As a legal matter, an immigration status violation is a civil violation. Consequently, viewing all immigrants potentially subject to removal as criminals is, as a legal matter, plain wrong.”

She added that the Supreme Court made clear in Arizona — where the high court ruled 5-3 to strike down Arizona’s infamous “Show Me Your Papers” policy authorizing warrantless immigration arrests — that the “perceived mistreatment of aliens in the U.S. may lead to harmful reciprocal treatment of American citizens abroad.”

A coalition of immigrant rights groups, led by the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights, sued the Trump administration over its warrantless arrests policy on Sept. 25, arguing the practice has been overwhelmingly used against the Latino community in the nation’s capital and has swept up multiple U.S. citizens.

This piece of shit, who I will not name because Fuck Him, used to work for my former department (the Sacramento Sheriff's Office), until he got fired for stealing dope off of people and doing the dope. That behavior came to light when he OD'd off some fentanyl laced dope in the station bathroom.

A short time ago today, that same worthless piece of shit former deputy stabbed and killed his 11 year old son. He fled the scene, lead deputies (and the actual sheriff) on a pursuit, crashed and then started shooting. Deputies, some of which were his actual former coworkers, shot and killed him.

I feel horrible for his wife, for his son, and for all the deputies involved in this incident today. My heart goes out to all of you. If you need to talk, with someone no longer connected to the department, reach out.

Medical check-ups in microgravity

NASA astronaut Jonny Kim, a medical doctor, completed several routine medical exams while aboard the International Space Station. NASA flight surgeons and researchers monitor crew health using a variety of tools, including blood tests, eye exams, and ultrasounds.

Kim conducts an ultrasound of his eye in the left image. Eye exams are essential as long-duration spaceflight may cause changes to the eye’s structure and affect vision, a condition known as spaceflight associated neuro-ocular syndrome, or SANS.

Georgia threatens to sue BBC over chemical agent report

TBILISI – Georgia threatened the BBC with legal action on Dec 3 over an investigation alleging the country’s authorities deployed a World War I-era chemical agent to disperse anti-government protesters in 2024.

Demonstrations have gripped the Black Sea country for the past year, and the state response to the protests has drawn domestic and international criticism.

The British broadcaster reported on Dec 1 that it had gathered evidence suggesting “Georgia’s authorities used a World War I-era chemical weapon to quell anti-government protesters” in 2024.

“It was clear from the outset that the BBC’s report is not only a falsehood, but a cheap provocation orchestrated in the style of foreign intelligence services,” Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told a news conference in Tbilisi.

“We plan to appeal both to the British communications regulatory authority and, if necessary, to international justice, so that the BBC is duly held accountable and retracts the false information,” Mr Kobakhidze added.

The BBC said in a statement that the report was based on “hearing directly from the protestors themselves, multiple whistleblowers, UN experts and experts inside Georgia, as well as a medical study and written documents and reports”.

Georgia’s state security service announced earlier it had opened an investigation into the BBC’s findings.

The Caucasus nation has been embroiled in political crisis since a parliamentary election in 2024, which the opposition denounced as rigged in favour of the ruling Georgian Dream party.

The government’s announcement in 2024 that it would not seek the opening of EU membership talks with Brussels until 2028 also triggered protests.

During the initial rallies, the police used water cannons and tear gas to disperse protesters.

The country’s rights ombudsman and Amnesty International have said police mistreatment of detained protesters amounted to “torture”.

The Georgian Dream party has rejected accusations at home and abroad of democratic backsliding and of pro-Russian sympathies. AFP

Congress Wants Answers On Major NASA GSFC Actions

House Science Committee Democrats just issued this press release that includes a letter and detailed spreadsheet listing GSFC changes to personnel, programs, and facilities in excruciating detail – and requests NASA feedback.

My quick take: It would seem that no one is doing any real work at GSFC until next spring since everything is moving, being sold off, rebuilt, closed down.

Other centers have similar albeit more localized changes like this but all of the actions have not hit them yet.

So NASA will have lost staff, lose budget (programs, missions etc.) one way or another, and everyone is moving their offices or waiting for people to get to their new locations before resuming work.

(Washington, DC) – On November 21, 2025, Ranking Member Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) and Science Committee Democratic Members sent a letter to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) requesting a formal audit of the agency’s recent actions regarding widespread closures and relocations at the Goddard Space Flight Center including its main campus in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Today, Ranking Member Lofgren sent a follow up letter to the NASA OIG providing additional information pertaining to the schedule for NASA’s planned “consolidation” activities through May 2026 at the main Goddard campus.

“While the schedule remains subject to change on an ongoing basis by Goddard and agency management, the information contained within describes the plan for relocation activities at the Greenbelt campus as it stood on November 14th, 2025,” said Ranking Member Lofgren.

“In addition to assisting with your review, I believe the document will emphasize the need for urgency in your efforts.”

In February, President Zelensky of Ukraine mentioned that $100 billion in aide never made it to the Ukraine. Where did it go?

This was no surprise.

When FTX’s CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) was arrested after the cryptocurrency trading vehicle went bankrupt, we reported that FTX was used as a money laundering vehicle in Ukraine.

This was never investigated by Biden’s corrupt FBI.

In 2023, the Biden-Obama DOJ dropped a charge against Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) from bankrupt FTX.

We learned that the FTX accounting system is a joke. This multi-billion dollar complex organization utilized QuickBooks for their accounting- a program that is good but is built for small companies, not billion-dollar entities.

In addition, the employees at FTX could borrow billions from the company without a problem. At least $10 billion was moved between FTX and Alameda Research and a $65 billion line of credit was created by Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) without customers knowing their investments were part of this arrangement.

The company gave money to politicians like $250,000 to the Clintons to help promote the company.

We also know that an FTX co-founder was ordered to create a secret backdoor for laundering money. Additionally, we know that FTX and the Biden White House had a secret back channel that closed the day that FTX declared bankruptcy.

In November 2022 TGP reported that billions were sent to Ukraine from the US. Ukraine took some of this money and invested it in FTX. The far-left Washington Post reported that Ukraine was dealing in crypto.

The Ukrainian government has gathered more than $42 million in cryptocurrency donations since Saturday, plus digital artwork including a limited edition worth roughly $200,000, according to blockchain analytics firm Elliptic. The challenge is how the country cashes in on these assets to fund its war needs.

Amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the CEO of FTX, Sam Bankman Fried has come forward to help a crypto donation project. He humbly announced that FTX will be supporting the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance and other communities in collecting crypto donations for the country. The Ukrainian government has received over $60 million in crypto donations from all over the world.

We have no idea how much money was laundered to corrupt US politicians through FTX or other means. Billions were flowing through the company. The company’s financial processes and controls were weak and non-existent.

Money could easily be laundered through any number of cryptocurrencies and the paper trail would be difficult, if not impossible, to unravel. This is why it is likely that a billion or more was laundered to the Democrats and other corrupt politicians.

Elon Musk agrees.

We wondered what percent of the billions reportedly going to Ukraine actually made it back into the hands of US politicians.

Last week, President Trump called for a peace deadline. One day after that deadline, the FBI took down the man known as “Zelensky’s Brain”. This raid exposed stolen US aide.
