The issues I was told about by a teacher is that

1. only 18% of Ontario College Teachers are Full-Time (They want Full-time and part-time 50/50)

2. They want this 50/50 number because part-timers are heavily restricted on stuff (No benefits, 2 semesters then have to go dark, only get to know what they are teaching 1-2 weeks before start of semester or even the day before like 1 shit semester my 1 teacher had)

3. Career Part-Timers are lazy shits, since they have to rotate part-timers, and good part-timers get jobs elsewhere, Some courses have to deal with lousy teachers where their laziness sees the class average not go above 70%.

4. It would help make College less of a meme (Actual words from my professor)

The problem I had was when they told me that my weekend course got postponed because the picket lines were too much of a hassle to deal with. (Previously I was told that it would be fine and this class wouldn't be cancelled.) I want a fuggen refund.
