I think Evola mentions the Pervival-Jacob link, or I thought of it. Probably the former.
Both wander
Both fight God
Both suffer famine
Both through finding what is lost solve the famine.
The grail is many coloured, like Joseph's coat. They both end up in a royal court - either king Arthur's or the king of Egypt.
They both refuse to have affairs with the princess to, be it Guinivere or Potiphar's wife.
Same facts, different story.
Another one in the link between Amadis of Gaul and Moses. Both are put into an ark as babies and floated down the river. Both get brought up in a royal court after being luckily found. Both are later identified by a cloth from their ark. Both leave their king with a great number of followers after a dispute.
There may be more similarities that will come to me the more progress I make reading about them. But the common pattern is a story weaved around observed events -the story ends up totally different but the events are the same.
I will be interested to see how Amadis of Gaul handles plagues or if he too has a sea battle with his former king.
Good audiobook of Amadis of Gaul:
