How do you usually handle long layovers when connecting through different airlines? Do you prefer to explore the city, stay at the airport lounge, or just find a quiet corner and rest?

I used to hate long layovers, but now I plan them better. If it’s more than 5 hours, I find a nearby hotel or spa to relax. Some airports even offer quick city tours for transit passengers, it’s a nice way to turn waiting time into a mini adventure.

Once, during a connection in New York, my flight was delayed overnight due to a storm. It was chaotic at first, but I met a few fellow travelers and we decided to share an airport hotel. It turned into an unexpected bonding experience, and we even stayed in touch afterward. Later, while reading through some traveler discussions on https://jetblue-airways.pissedconsumer.com/review.html, I realized many people go through similar situations. It’s reassuring to know others share both the frustrations and small joys of air travel.
