To play devil's advocate, it can be argued that killing the least black niggers is ideal since the remaining nigger population would be least culturally similar to White people.
This is actually what the African nationalists did in Rhodesia. They targeted the most liberal Whites so Africans wouldn't be confused by the "good" Whites.
This said, killing 9 out of millions of "culturally White" niggers is equivalent to killing none. This would need to be done at scale to matter. Furthermore, the average White man is far less racially conscious than the average Zimbabwean black. We need to get far more tribal for that strategy to work.
