IDF strikes Hezbollah weapons storage facility in southern Lebanon

This evening (Thursday), the IDF struck a Hezbollah weapons storage facility in the area of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon. The facility was used by the terrorist organization to advance and carry out attacks against the State of Israel.

"The Hezbollah terrorist organization continues to attempt to rebuild terror infrastructure sites across Lebanon, while endangering Lebanese civilians and using them as human shields," the IDF said.

"The presence of the terror infrastructure site constitutes a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon. The IDF will continue to operate in order to remove any threat posed to the State of Israel."

Earlier, the IDF announced that during an overnight activity that was completed yesterday (Wednesday), IDF troops, in cooperation with Unit 504, apprehended several suspects who attempted to smuggle weapons from Syrian territory to Lebanon in the Hermon Summit area in Syria.

As part of the activity, IDF troops identified suspicious movement. Immediately after the detection, IDF troops apprehended the suspects who attempted to smuggle weapons.

The suspects were transferred for questioning, and the weapons were confiscated.

"IDF troops continue to be deployed in the area in order to protect Israeli civilians and the residents of the Golan Heights in particular," the IDF stated.

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) have reported that over the past week, Israeli paratroopers under the Judea Regional Brigade conducted an operation at the offices of the “Islamic Charity Association” in Hebron to halt terrorism financing and seize materials inciting violence.

“The association, which presents itself as aiding the needy, in practice serves as an organisational arm of the Hamas terrorist organisation and works to promote incitement to terror and to recruit and channel funds to finance the organisation’s terrorist activities.

It is one of numerous branches in the Judea and Samaria region,” the IDF press office stated, as per Caliber.Az.

According to the statement, as part of the activity, approximately 165,700 shekels ($50,200) in terrorist funds were located and confiscated.

“In addition, Adolf Hitler’s manifesto 'Mein Kampf' was located in the compound, along with equipment used for incitement.

The troops sealed off the main entrance of the compound where the incitement materials and funds were located,” the statement reads.

The Islamic Charity Association, also known as the Islamic Charitable Society in Hebron, was founded in the early 1960s as a welfare organisation providing aid to orphans, education, and social support across the West Bank.

Over the years, however, Israeli authorities have repeatedly accused the group of functioning as part of Hamas’s financial and organisational network, using its humanitarian activities as cover for recruiting members and funding militant operations.

The association’s offices have been raided several times since the mid-2000s, and in October 2025, Israeli forces again seized cash, documents, and propaganda materials during a security operation in Hebron.

While the IDF claims the group acts as a Hamas front, the organisation maintains that it is a purely charitable body focused on civilian welfare and has condemned the closures as politically motivated.

According to a spokesperson, "the presumption of innocence applies," and the evidence examination is ongoing. Jurassica Parka, known for her YouTube channel and hosting a talk show, has connected with various celebrities over the years.

Her lawyer stated that no charges have been filed yet. Jurassica Parka has publicly commented on the allegations in a recent video.

Dems refuse to pay soldiers, air traffic controllers until illegal immigrants are ensured healthcare subsidies

Pennsylvania Congressman John Fetterman was the sole Democrat who voted in favor.

A bill that would have paid military members, air traffic controllers, and other federal employees required to work during the government shutdown did not pass a cloture vote on Thursday, with most Democrats voting against the bill. The cloture motion failed with a 55 to 45 vote. After several votes over the past few weeks, the Democrats have continued to support a continuing resolution (CR) that would continue funding the government at present levels and have proposed their own version that would, among other provisions, provide federal healthcare subsidies to illegal immigrants.

The Thursday vote was for cloture, meaning that 60 votes were needed in order to cease debate on the bill over the next 30 hours. The legislative procedure allows for a simple majority of 51 in the Senate to pass a bill.

The legislation was sponsored by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and was set to provide payment to employees in the government that are required to keep working when the federal government shuts down, such as military members, air traffic controllers, or otherwise "excepted employees." Contractors who also provide labor to agencies and employees that are excepted for the shutdown are also included in the bill.

The vote comes after the government has been shut down for 23 days. For the last several weeks, Republicans and Democrats have been at a stand-off between the GOP wanting to pass a continuing resolution (CR) that will fund the government at the same levels for the time being.

The Democrats, however, have tried to propose a different CR bill that would include provisions that would also provide healthcare subsidies to illegal immigrants as well as other measures. President Donald Trump made previous efforts to make sure that military members were paid earlier this month, however Democrats ahead of the vote decried the bill to pay the troops and other excepted employees required to work under the shutdown as a "political ploy."

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, although not in the Senate, said earlier this week that he would not support the legislation and said, "It appears to be more like a political ploy to pick and choose — giving Donald Trump discretion — which employees should be compensated and which employees should not be compensated. All employees should be compensated, and that will happen when we reopen the government."

File on Bizarre Argentine UFO Event Deemed Classified for National Security Reasons

In an eyebrow-raising story out of Argentina, a police report concerning a recent UFO incident involving mesmerized cattle has been deemed classified for national security reasons by government officials.

According to a local media outlet, the bizarre event occurred on August 14th in the village of Candioti when police received word that multiple residents had observed a "white light with violet flashes" floating over the community.

An officer dispatched to investigate the UFO sighting was soon alerted to a strange commotion unfolding among the animals at a ranch along the way. Arriving at the location, he likely could not believe his eyes at the wondrous scene before him.

To the astonishment of the officer and other witnesses, the ranch's cows were eerily walking in a circle beneath the mysterious ball of light hovering overhead.

Meanwhile, the property's horses were thrashing around in a manner suggesting that they were deeply disturbed by what was unfolding around them.

After a few minutes, the UFO suddenly vanished. Its disappearance seemingly broke the spell cast over the animals as the horses immediately calmed down, and the cows stopped their ritualistic circling.

Silence fell over the field, with the witnesses understandably wondering what they had just seen.

As one might imagine, word of the weird incident quickly spread beyond the borders of Candioti and caught the attention of Argentine UFO researcher Andrea Pérez Simondini.

Attempting to learn more about the odd August event, he filed an official information request for the police report from the officer that evening.

The response surprised the seasoned UFO investigator as he was told that the file was classified "because it is within the exceptions provided for public and national security reasons."

If officials hoped that their answer would quell interest in the case, the tactic likely backfired as it only made the incident all the more compelling.

NATO Jets Scrambled Over Lithuania After Russian Aircraft Breach Airspace

NATO member Lithuania on Thursday alleged that a pair of Russian jets violated its sovereign airspace, in what the government quickly condemned as a breach the country's territorial integrity.

"This evening, Russian military planes violated Lithuanian air space. This is a blatant breach of international law and territorial integrity of Lithuania," the country's President Gitanas Nauseda said in a statement.

Alluding to recent EU plans to create a joint aerial defense and drone shield to protect European airspace from Russian incursions, he added: "Once again, it confirms the importance of strengthening European air defense readiness."

Nauseda further announced that his foreign ministry will be summoning Russian diplomatic representatives, to lodge formal protest against the "reckless and dangerous behavior".

Lithuania's military said it scrambled jets in response to the brief incursion. It said:

Today, Russian military aircraft briefly entered Lithuanian airspace. Our forces acted quickly with NATO jets on patrol. Lithuania remains strong and ready. Every inch of our country is protected.

Initial reports say that two Russian military planes violated the airspace for a mere 18-seconds.

Baltic and Eastern European countries, including Poland, have for several weeks been complaining of Russian aerial incursions. This month Denmark hosted a summit where a 'drone wall' was the focus:

List of people arrested in NBA gambling, rigged poker scandals

The FBI on Thursday, Oct. 23, announced the arrest of more than 30 people in connection with a pair of alleged gambling rings on charges of conspiring to commit fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling and extortion.

Among those arrested were Basketball Hall of Famer and current Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups, Miami Heat guard and 10-year NBA veteran Terry Rozier and former Cleveland Cavaliers player and coach Damon Jones.

The investigations involved an alleged insider sports-betting conspiracy and an alleged scheme to rig illegal poker games. Several people, including Jones, were named in both.

Wuerzburg Researchers Test UAP/UFO Detection Observatory on Zugspitze-Summit in the Alps

Wuerzburg (Germany) – On the terrace of the Environmental Research Station Schneefernerhaus, located just below the summit of Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, researchers from the „Interdisciplinary Research Center for Extraterrestrial Studies“ (IFEX) at the University of Wuerzburg have installed a new AI-based camera observatory designed to detect unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

The AllSkyCAM system will also serve as a test platform for potential future deployment on Mars.

For several years, the IFEX team under Professor Hakan Kayal has developed and tested various versions of its „SkyCAM“-systems at different locations.

In addition to installations at the so-called “Blue Box” in Hessdalen, Norway — a high mountain valley known for decades of recurring mysterious light and UFO sightings (the so-called Hessdalen Phenomena) — another system operates on the roof of the University of Würzburg.

There, it is used to train an AI algorithm to distinguish between known and mundane aerial objects (such as insects, birds, aircraft, satellites, or meteors) and unknown anomalous objects, appearances, or phenomena.

The SkyCAM-series is based on the IFEX-developed concept known as „Anomaly Detection and Observation System“ (ADEOS).

This future system is intended for the detection and monitoring of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and consists of a range of different sensor types controlled via a client-server architecture.

One of its key optical components is an all-sky camera operating in the visible wavelength range, which forms the system’s core. ADEOS is designed to be gradually expanded and operated at multiple locations depending on available resources.

Beyond its terrestrial stations, the Würzburg researchers are also pursuing a truly distant goal: as part of the VaMEx of the German Aerospace Center (DLR).research initiative, which is developing a German Mars mission to explore the vast Valles Marineris canyon system, IFEX is contributing concept studies and prototypes for its VaMEx 3 project „MarsSymphony“.

Alongside a swarm of drone probes — designed to distribute themselves across a large area by rotating like maple seeds — the team led by Kayal is also developing the mission’s data relay unit, responsible for communication between Mars-based probes and satellites relaying data to Earth.

This so-called gateway unit will also incorporate an ADEOS-based SkyCAM system to monitor the Martian sky for unidentified objects or phenomena.

Suddenly, play came to a standstill as the eyes of the players and crowd turned towards the sky, where formations of strange, silvery objects moved silently above the Artemio Franchi stadium. Some described a cigar-shaped craft, others spoke of glowing spheres.

As the mysterious objects drifted away, white, thread-like strands began falling from the sky. Most attempts to gather the substance were unsuccessful, as it tended to dissolve instantly at the touch.

Nevertheless, Alfredo Jacopozzi, a young student at the University of Florence, managed to collect samples that he sent to the university’s Institute of Chemical Analysis, where Professor Giovanni Canneri reported that the substance had a fibrous structure made up primarily of boron, silicon, calcium, magnesium and other elements.

The next day, La Nazione coined the term bambagia silicea to describe the mysterious material.

The plot thickened the following evening, October 28, in Rome, when luminous objects were reported by various onlookers, including Clare Boothe Luce, the U.S. Ambassador to Italy. Just as in Florence, strange fibrous rain fell over the Eternal City.

A few days later, on November 1, in the town of Cennina in the province of Arezzo, farmer Rosa Lotti Dainelli set out at dawn to attend All Saints’ Day mass when she reported stumbling upon a metallic, double-coned object lying in a field along a country path. According to her testimony, two humanoid figures emerged from nearby, child-sized and wearing tight grey suits, helmets and capes.

They took her flowers and stockings, spoke in an unfamiliar tongue, and gestured with apparent friendliness. One even pointed a tubular device at her, as if taking a photograph. Lotti fled, terrified.

Her testimony, rather than immediately dismissed as fantasy, was corroborated by others in the area who claimed to have seen glowing objects moving through the skies around Arezzo. The Carabinieri later confirmed a ground impression at the spot where Lotti said the object had stood.

The strange phenomena continued: on November 6 in Rome, small luminous globes were again observed, this time over the Vatican City, and on November 14 in Gela, Sicily, with bambagia silicea again reported falling from the sky.

Skeptics have offered a range of explanations, most notably the phenomenon of spider ballooning, where spiders use silk threads to ride air currents.

The timing in October matches a spike in spider migration; however, critics note that the reported chemical composition (as per Canneri’s analysis) seems inconsistent with purely organic silk.

CICAP, the Italian Committee for the Investigation of Claims on Pseudosciences, later suggested the material could have been radar chaff from military aircraft, consistent with the presence of U.S. Navy squadrons and the aircraft carrier Lake Champlain, which were operating in the region at the time.

But no single explanation accounts for every detail of the sightings that autumn, especially in relation to the Lotti case.

That anomaly, along with the Florence stadium sighting and the repeated bambagia silicea rain, collectively suggest a multifaceted phenomenon: part atmospheric oddity, part cultural moment, part Cold War anxiety and media amplification, and perhaps even part mystery that still eludes scientific closure.

In a press release, PPOSBC describes the affected locations as offering “primary care services” but claims the BBB won’t impact its abortion operations since those receive funding from California’s far-left Democrat state government. “They came after abortion, but they’re taking away everything else that we do,” said PPOSBC President and Chief Executive Krista Hollinger.

Yet defunding all aspects of Planned Parenthood contributes to reducing the abortion giant’s overall profits and ability to continue operating, which in turn impacts its ability to continue abortions in the long run, as without Roe v. Wade to ensure abortion’s legality, the industry relies heavily on taxpayer funding to stay in operation. FIRST ON FOX: The Trump administration is trolling Democrats over their objection to President Donald Trump's White House ballroom construction, launching an official timeline of the White House's history that includes top scandals that plagued former Democratic presidents' administrations.

The White House website as of Thursday includes a "major events timeline" of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., stretching back to 1791, when plans for the iconic building were first mapped out. The timeline includes a series of benchmarks such as the addition of the north portico from 1829 to 1830, and the addition of the Oval Office in 1909 under the Taft administration and the "total reconstruction" of the White House interior under the Truman administration.

The timeline also includes a handful of high-profile scandals that rocked previous Democratic administrations.

"2023: Cocaine Discovered," one slide on the White House's website reads. "During Biden’s administration, a U.S. Secret Service agent discovered a small, zippered plastic bag containing cocaine in the West Wing entrance lobby."

"Speculation has pointed to Hunter Biden, an admitted drug user," the slide continues. "Additional evidence includes a laptop, seized in 2019, which contains photos of frequent drug use alongside emails about foreign business dealings (Ukraine, China) involving his father, Joe, while he was Vice President."

Former President Bill Clinton's 1998 sex scandal with intern Monica Lewinsky and former President Barack Obama inviting a delegation of the Muslim Brotherhood to the White House in 2012 also were included on the official timeline.

The Trump administration has, meanwhile, celebrated that the new addition of the White House does not cost taxpayers, with press secretary Karoline Leavitt adding that presidents have long complained that the historic residence lacks a space to entertain large groups.

"Nearly every single president who’s lived in this beautiful White House behind me has made modernizations and renovations of their own," Leavitt said on Fox News' "Jesse Watters Primetime" Tuesday. "In fact, presidents for decades — in modern times — have joked about how they wished they had a larger event space here at the White House, something that could hold hundreds more people than the current East Room and State Dining Room."

President Donald Trump called off his meeting in Budapest, Hungary, with Russian President Vladimir Putin because he didn’t see enough progress toward peace — although a future summit hasn’t been ruled out, according to the White House.

While Trump and Putin spoke over the phone Oct. 16, plans for the meeting were scrapped after Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov Tuesday.

Trump "feels as though, unfortunately, from the Russian side as of late, he has not seen enough interest in enough action in terms of moving the ball forward toward peace," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Thursday. "And so a meeting between these two leaders is not completely off the table. I think the president and the entire administration hopes that one day that can happen again, but we want to make sure that there's a tangible positive outcome out of that meeting, and that it's a good use of the president's time."

Trump also has signaled in recent days that his patience has worn thin with Russia, and his administration slapped stringent sanctions on Russia’s two largest oil companies Wednesday.

Specifically, the sanctions freeze all U.S.-linked assets from the two companies and bar U.S. citizens from engaging in any business with them.

In response, Putin called the sanctions an "unfriendly act," and warned that global oil prices could increase as a result. However, he also said that the sanctions would not majorly impact Moscow's economy.

While Trump routinely has said in recent months that he has pleasant conversations with Putin, he's also voiced frustration at the lack of progress made as he's sought to mediate an end to the conflict. Trump also said Tuesday that he didn't want to have a "wasted meeting" with Putin in Hungary.

"The president wants to see action, not just talk," Leavitt said. "And I think the president is extremely motivated by the success of his peace deal in the Middle East to get things done, and he wants this war to come to an end. He's been saying it now for nine months, being in office, and he's grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress from both sides of this war."

Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Friday, and NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte Wednesday to address ongoing negotiations to end the conflict.

On Wednesday, Trump told reporters the meeting with Putin "didn’t feel right," and explained why he wasn’t interested in arming Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles like he’d previously suggested he might.

"There is a tremendous learning curve with the Tomahawk. It's a very powerful weapon, very accurate weapon," Trump said Wednesday. "And maybe that's what makes it so complex. But it will take a year. It takes a year of intense training to learn how to use it, and we know how to use it. And we're not going to be teaching other people. It will be just too far out into the future."

Meanwhile, Trump has voiced skepticism recently about whether Ukraine can win against Russia.

"They could still win it. I don’t think they will, but they could still win it," Trump told reporters Monday.
