Former Police Officer And Anti-J6 Activist, Michael Fanone Criminally Referred On Seven Counts – Exclusive Interview With Ivan Raiklin and Daniel Goodwyn
It’s been a bad week for the anti-J6 crowd. Former police officer Michael Fanone, who was present at the Capitol Riot on January 6, 2021, was criminally referred on at least six counts by prominent J6 activist Ivan Raiklin. Raiklin submitted the referral to acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, and Attorney General for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro on June 29, 2026.
The violations in Fanone’s criminal referral range from making false statements to Congress, obstruction of official proceedings on Capitol grounds, assaulting and impeding certain officers and employees, and unlawful activities on Capitol grounds.
Fanone made a scene at a House Judiciary hearing on January 22, 2026, in which former Special Counsel Jack Smith testified to the committee and defended his unlawful criminal prosecutions against President Trump during the 2024 election cycle. Fanone also got into a verbal altercation with Raiklin at the hearing and made false statements about him in front of law enforcement.

New Orleans Kangaroo Court Issues ARREST WARRANT for Louisiana AG Liz Murrill After Grand Jury Indicts Her on 16 Felony Counts for Defending State Law Against Rogue Local Officials
They are doing it again, folks. The radical left has completely weaponized the justice system, and this time, they are coming after one of the strongest conservative fighters in the country.
A grand jury in Orleans Parish, deep in Democrat-controlled New Orleans, handed down a 16-count felony indictment against Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill on Thursday, minutes after the charges were returned. An arrest warrant was issued with bond set at a staggering $400,000, NOLA reported.
Murrill, a Republican, now faces eight counts of malfeasance in office and eight counts of public intimidation and retaliation. The charges stem from May 13 letters she sent to New Orleans Mayor Helena Moreno (D), District Attorney Jason Williams (D), and five City Council members.
In those letters, Murrill warned the officials that their attempts to circumvent a new state law merging the city’s separate civil and criminal court clerks’ offices could trigger serious consequences under Louisiana’s “usurper laws,” including potential removal from office by Governor Jeff Landry. She also made clear that any interim clerk installed in defiance of state law risked imprisonment.
The Louisiana Legislature, working with Governor Jeff Landry, passed a law to consolidate the long-fragmented Orleans Parish court clerk system. The goal was to fix chronic problems in one of the most dysfunctional and crime-plagued court systems in America. Under the new law, Civil Clerk Chelsea Richard Napoleon assumed duties over the combined office.
Newly elected Criminal Court Clerk Calvin Duncan was blocked from taking office. In response, the Democrat-led New Orleans City Council passed resolutions to install their own interim clerk (retired Judge Calvin Johnson) and call a special election — directly challenging state authority.
AG Murrill did what any responsible Attorney General should do: she sent formal legal warnings citing the usurper statutes and demanding compliance with state law.
The New Orleans political machine didn’t like being held accountable. So they used a secret grand jury process to indict her.
This is lawfare, plain and simple.
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill forcefully rejected the indictment, characterizing it as politically motivated retaliation tied to her efforts to combat crime and corruption in New Orleans.
In a statement posted on X, Murrill wrote:
“After taking on violent crime and entrenched corruption in New Orleans, it’s no surprise the status quo is looking for ways to stop me.
This unprecedented action and the corrupt indictments spawned from it are retaliatory, meritless, and unconstitutional. After confidential information was illegally leaked to members of the press by the grand jury or the improperly appointed, unqualified special prosecutor, there are now indications that the court handcuffed and locked out members of the media—and threatened them with contempt—in clear violation of Louisiana law. It is beyond ironic that the improperly appointed special prosecutor, who called my office and violated the confidentiality of the grand jury proceedings herself, claims protecting confidentiality justified closing the courtroom. And the grand jury that leaked information like a sinking ship hardly seemed concerned about privacy.
I will be immediately filing an emergency supervisory writ with the Louisiana Supreme Court. Hopefully this will be sorted out quickly.
I will not back down. I will continue enforcing the law, fighting corruption, and doing the job the people of Louisiana elected me to do.”

Buffalo vandals steal Somali flag from City Hall pole — days after mayor canceled Fourth of July fireworks show
A Somalian flag that was raised outside of Buffalo’s City Hall to commemorate Somali Independence Day was stolen in an overnight heist, the city’s leftist mayor decried.
“The City of Buffalo’s flagpole in Niagara Square sustained damage after unknown vandals broke the access panel, cut the cable, and removed the Somali flag during the overnight hours of Wednesday, July 1,” Mayor Sean Ryan wrote on Facebook.
Ryan said the Buffalo Police Department was investigating the alleged vandalism after the city approved non-profit HEAL International to raise the white star, blue flag on July 1.
“The flag had been raised by an organization called Heal International in honor of Somalian Independence Day. Heal International has been raising the Somali flag at Niagara Square for at least the last four years,” Ryan said.
The mayor’s office shared that the “public use” flagpoles have flown banners of several countries and territories over the years, including Ukraine, Greece, Ireland, Puerto Rico, Italy and Bangladesh.
It was not immediately known how much the vandalism to the city-owned property cost.
Two poles sit across the street from the eastern side of City Hall with an American flag flying on one while the secondary pole is reserved for other flags.
Somali Bantu refugees have settled in Buffalo’s West Side since 2003, according to the NYS Assembly.
“Buffalo is a proud, diverse city, and our administration remains committed to honoring and celebrating the many cultures that make our community stronger,” Ryan wrote.

Monaco Blast Suspect Is a Ukrainian Woman Who Fled to Germany

PARIS, July 3 (Reuters) - A Ukrainian woman is the main suspect in a bomb attack that targeted a wealthy businessman in Monaco, officials said on Friday, adding that the suspect had fled to Germany and had likely not acted alone.
Ukrainian-born Vadym Yermolaiev, his partner and son were wounded in the attack on Monday evening, sources said earlier this week. His partner was still in a critical condition.
Anastasiia Berezovska, 39, was named as the chief suspect in an Interpol Red Notice, which said she was Ukrainian, spoke German and was being sought by Monaco for attempted murder, placing an explosive device in a public place with criminal intent and criminal conspiracy.
The principality, known for its casino and the luxury lifestyle of its wealthy inhabitants, is located on the Mediterranean coast, surrounded by France.
SUSPECT FLED TO GERMANY
A Red Notice is a request for law enforcement to locate and provisionally arrest a suspect no matter where they are found.
The attacker left a parcel in front of a building in Monaco and set off the bomb with a remote control when the three victims arrived there, Monaco deputy prosecutor Morgan Raymond told reporters.
The suspect then left on foot to nearby France and fled with a car that had been rented in Germany, driving back to Germany via several European countries, including Italy.
Officials had said earlier this week that the suspect, whom they described at the time as male, was seen on CCTV wearing a dark bucket hat and top.
The suspect had scouted the area over the days before the attack, most days with similar clothing as the day of the attack, and one day with her long, dark hair visible, Raymond said, adding that this is what allowed investigators to know the suspect "was a woman who disguised herself as a man".
SUSPECT ON THE RUN
The sophistication of the attack has led investigators to consider it likely that the suspect did not act alone, Raymond said, adding that they were also looking for possible accomplices or anyone who may have ordered the hit.
Two people were arrested in Monaco earlier this week but have since been released, he added.
The suspect was later spotted in Frankfurt, a judicial source in Monaco said.
German criminal police issued a statement saying they had searched the rented flat and car of a 39-year-old Ukrainian woman, without naming her, as part of the investigation.
"Evidence was secured which will be handed over to the Monegasque authorities," they said, adding: "The wanted woman is currently on the run."

Three Galaxies in Pavo
Some 190 million light-years away, far beyond the bright stars and nebulae of the Milky Way, these three galaxies are drawn together by gravity in a mesmerizing cosmic dance. Clearly distorted by galactic-scale gravitational interactions, large spiral galaxies NGC6769 and NGC6770 are seen face-on, with luminous galactic disks scarred by obscuring interstellar dust lanes. Their young blue star clusters along drawn out spiral arms are spawned in star forming regions that result from collisions of massive molecular clouds. Below, spiral NGC6771 presents a more edge-on perspective, its boxy central bulge due to tidal star streams. Of course, in the distant future a merger of the three galaxies is inevitable. At the estimated distance of this galaxy trio, known to some as the Devil's Mask, the sharp telescopic frame spans over 300 thousand light-years within the boundaries of the far southern constellation Pavo.
