Ok, let's see… ideally you want a beautiful chick for a variety of different reasons and so that your kids won't be ugly, you also want someone who's intelligent so that your kids would be smart too. High-intelligence in women lowers your chances of divorce, you can measure intelligence by her WHR, since women with bigger hips and smaller waists are more intelligent and give birth to more intelligent children, you can also tell how smart she is by watching if she has an impulsive lifestyle full of bad habits and chases after short-term happiness or if she invests into her future and thinks about her long-term happiness.
You can write a whole book about it, but most good things in a woman boil down to those two factors. There are few other things to look for though:
Virginity - If she isn't a virgin, just drop her on the spot, this will save you a lifetime's worth of trouble.
Upbringing - Being brought up in a good environment with a loving father is good too but not always necessary.
Age - Her age must be at least two years lower than yours, preferably much more.
Respect - This depends more on you than on her, if you have high standards for women then you should be ready to meet their standards too, get fit, get rich, get alpha, work on improving yourself so that you can become the type of guy that attracts your type of girl, if she doesn't respect you though then whether it's your fault or hers, it's time to look for someone else.
And of course you want the opposite of this:
Smokes, drinks, does drugs, has tats, warning colouration, obesity, clubbing/YOLO lifestyle, unstable/hysteric, infected with feminism/socialism, keeps a group of friends that do all of that.
